1. What is the Eureka VacCare Subscription Plan?
The Eureka VacCare Supplies Subscription Plan is the most convenient way to have genuine bags, belts and filters delivered directly to your door. All the supplies you need to keep your Eureka product running for a year will be shipped in two 6-month increments, based on average consumer cleaning usage.

The Eureka VacCare Subscription Plan will save you time, money and ensure the long life and cleaning efficiency of your vacuum. Subscribers save 10% off the retail price and 50% on delivery. In addition, a more efficient cleaning product will help keep your home cleaner and healthier.

4. How does the subscription plan work?
To determine whether a subscription plan is available for your model, simply click here.
If a plan is available for your product you can order online or call 1-800-282-2886. Your first shipment will arrive at your home in 7-10 days. It will contain all the genuine Eureka bags, belts and filters your cleaner needs for 6 months of use, based on average cleaning operation. You will receive your second shipment 6 months later containing all the products you need to keep your Eureka cleaning running at peak performance for another 6 months.

5. What shipping costs will I pay?
Like all Eureka online orders, your VacCare supplies will be subject to a shipping and handling fee. By subscribing to Eureka's VacCare Subscription Plan you save 50% off the standard shipping cost by paying a one-time shipping and handling fee of only $6.50 for both product shipments. Sales tax will also be applied to your order. See our online store information page for more details.

6. How long does the subscription plan last?
By subscribing to VacCare you will receive Genuine Eureka supplies to keep your product running for one year. You will receive two 6-month shipments that contain everything you need to keep you home completely clean and your vacuum running at peak performance. To continue the service, simply renew your subscription online.

7. How do I order?
You can order and pay online by clicking on Subscription Supplies on the left menu to identify the correct plan for your model and order now. Or you can call one of our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-282-2886 to place your order and pay by credit card. Payment is required at the time of the order and will insure that your first shipment is promptly sent to your front door.
