Eureka uses Chase to provide the highest level of security for payments processed through this store. Chase ensures your security by encrypting the connection when transmitting banking information on the network, and by safeguarding your financial data throughout the ordering and payment process.
Please note that if the security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons. In most cases, you will be notified of authorization or fraud issues, if they occur, before you complete the checkout process.
Orders from the Eureka online store may be paid using credit card, debit card, check card, or PayPal. When you provide us with your card information, we will obtain a pre-approval from the card company to confirm the validity of your account. This pre-approval may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while pre-approval remains in place. This block can range from a small token amount such as a dollar, up to the full value of your order. We will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under other payment types until your order ships.
Free Standard Shipping (standard ground delivery only).
We will ship your order the day it is received if you select an express shipping option. This Same-day shipping is available for orders received before 3PM Eastern Time (Noon Pacific).
Ground deliveries will ship same day or next business day in some cases. Standard ground delivery orders will be received at your home within seven to ten days.

Cancellations and Returns Policy
If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy please contact our customer service department at: 877-743-2624877-743-2624. All returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 45 days from ship date.
We allow you 45 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with, whether it is defective or not. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice, as well as a return authorization number.
Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To obtain authorization please call: 877-743-2624877-743-2624. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing. If you have not received credit for returned goods after the 8-week period please contact customer service.
We suggest that you send us the product by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should your goods be lost or damaged in shipment. Cost of return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility except in case of a defective product.
Your present right to return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (including original packaging, accessories, documentation etc.).
