If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy please contact our customer service department at: 877-743-2624. Any discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt. All returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 45 days from ship date.
Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To obtain authorization please call: 877-743-2624. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing. If you have not received credit for returned goods after the 8-week period please contact customer service.
Please note freight charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
