Where Do I Find My Model Number?
You will find your model number on a metallic silver-colored rating plate. It’s usually located on the back or bottom of the cleaner. Here is an example of a rating plate:
The model number is 4335 and the type is DX. If you were looking for the Owner’s Guide for this cleaner, you would enter 4335DX into the search box to retrieve a list of parts and accessories for your vacuum.

Not all service and repair parts, owner’s guides or Eureka program details are available online. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can call 1-800-282-2886 for assistance. Our Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Central Time, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central Time. Our Service Representatives will need your vacuum’s model number, so please have it ready when you call.
