Why did my brush roll stop spinning?

Using Hard Floor mode on thick carpet may cause brush roll to stop spinning. If this occurs turn the unit off, wait 3 seconds and then turn back on and ensure the unit is in Carpet mode. If the issue happens again, unplug the unit and tilt the vacuum on its side. Inspect the brush roll for debris and clean according to guidelines in the user manual.
