The Eureka Limited Warranty


The Eureka limited warranty on your vacuum purchase states that your product is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of the number of years indicated in your owner’s manual from the date of purchase.


Parts of the cleaner that require replacement under normal use, such as bumpers, filters, bristle strips, bags, belts, light bulbs and hoses. Damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with Owner’s Guide. Defects or damages caused by unauthorized service; Eureka will, at its option, repair or replace a defective cleaner or cleaner part(s) that is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, Eureka will not refund the consumer’s purchase price.


To obtain warranty service you must return the defective cleaner or part along with proof of purchase to any Eureka Authorized Warranty Station. For the location of the nearest Authorized Warranty Station, please refer to the Service Locator for a center near you. If you need additional information, you may contact Eureka at 800-282-2886.


Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the cleaner, including any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or any warranty FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Cancellations and Returns Policy

If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy please contact our customer service department at: 800-282-2886.  All returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 45days from ship date.

We allow you 45 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with, whether it is defective or not. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice, as well as a return authorization number.

Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To obtain authorization please call: 800-282-2886.

We suggest that you send us the product by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should your goods be lost or damaged in shipment. Cost of return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility except in case of a defective product.

Your present right to return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (including original packaging, accessories, documentation etc.).
